Kelly is all about recruitment, through and through.  After getting an early start at a local boutique firm, Kelly transitioned to an executive recruiting role with a Fortune 500 company.  Since joining PACE in 2009, Kelly continues to work a full desk while also leading the recruiting team as our mentor, coach, and President.  Kelly’s depth of recruitment knowledge, paired with her inspiring leadership and enthusiasm for staff development is unmatched.   

In today’s competitive job market, Kelly understands the unique challenges facing both employers and job seekers; she is committed to finding the best solution for all parties.  When others feel an assignment is too hard, Kelly keeps working to find the ideal candidate, always believing that the right person is out there. Her passion is in the hunt, and she never gives up.
