Pace was established in 1992 and cumulatively our staff has over 50 years of IT Staffing experience. We specialize in contract, contract-to-hire, as well as direct hire IT opportunities in the St. Louis market. We pride ourselves in having a personal approach to find the perfect match for our clients and candidates and work primarily from a referral basis, finding St. Louis’ top talent. We focus on relationship building to find not only the right technical fit, but also the best personal and cultural fit for the client as well as the candidate.

Randy Pace – President – Pace Staffing Alternatives

After 10 years with a large National Recruiting firm, Randy started his own staffing company in 1992.  With his Master’s degree in IT from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and ten years of Information Technology management experience prior entering recruiting, Randy developed a strong technical foundation that has prepared him for the IT recruiting profession.  Focusing on the Eastern Missouri/Southern Illinois markets, Randy has developed hundreds of business relationships that help his clients match the best candidates with their companies.  During his career, he has also helped mentor many successful younger recruiters currently working throughout the Midwest.  Randy believes that it’s not just the technical experience but also the personality, poise and communications skills that make the best, most successful candidates.

 

Angie Lesser has over 16 years of sales experience, and over six years of specialized sales and recruiting experience in the IT industry.  She has been with Pace for over four years and is the account manager for multiple clients.  Her talents include client management as well as proactively recruiting talent in all aspects of IT, from technicians to developers, to CIOs.  She provides excellent customer service and the ability to find the right fit for your organization through screening, reference checks, and evaluations of the qualifications of each candidate.  This includes candidate skills, personality, and adaptability.  Angie is very outgoing and will always listen to your needs. She is extremely attentive to detail and will present the area’s top talent for your organization.  While working both “sides of the desk”, Angie does a fantastic job of finding out exactly what the clients’ needs are, both technically and culturally, and then effectively translates those needs to the rest of the staff who work diligently at finding the right overall fit.

 

Debbie Pini joined Pace Staffing Alternatives in 2006 and brings with her twelve years of varied sales and customer service experience.  She has handled client’s needs in the Aviation, Hospitality, and government related industries and prides herself in her attention to detail and customer service skills. Debbie’s primary focus is on Information Technology and she will be able to help your company with all of your direct hire or contract needs. You will be pleased with the high level of care and attention she will provide while conducting a search for your organization.

 

Sean Hess has over seven years of sales and recruiting experience across multiple disciplines including: IT, Commercial, Engineering and Professional Services.  He provides quality service to both client and candidates.  His open communication, organizational skills and personality prove to work when placing technical professionals in the Saint Louis market.
